This post is to convey my excitement at discovering that Revelstoke BC has a beautiful airport within walking distance of an amazing skihill! Revelstoke Mountain Resort. I took these pictures to entice my friends to come skiing with me!
We had landed in Revelstoke, on a return trip from Hudson Island, to refuel the plane.
What is most amazing, is the future opportunity to return in the winter, park the plane on the apron at the airport, and walk with our skis to the ski hill… it’s that close!
(The Red path is the walk, 2.5 kilometers. )
