Today, Deanna and I had our flights in the Spitfire.
This was day 2 of our Introductory Course at Boultbee Flight Academy in England.

Here’s Tim, giving us a briefing on the various equipment. Helmet features, parachutes, and all the procedures of flying the planes.
They have a lounge area that had gorgeous leather chairs, and a very friendly comfortable place to relax and chat between flights.
In their hangar, called “Hangar 8”, there is a double-decker bus that they’ve converted into a little office for logging all their paperwork for the various flights that go on during the day.
Here’s their Tiger Moth (red biplane) that we didn’t get to fly.

Yah, we posed a bit for these pics, but their official photographer was away sick during our visit, so we had to do it ourselves with cellphones.
And of course, we took lots of pictures of the spitfire.

We learned and did: Loops, aileron rolls, half cuban, reverse half cuban, and wing over stall turns.
