They say, take pictures when installing an under-floor heating system. They also say, (about food on my shelf at work), “its expired, are you really going to eat that?”.
There used to be carpet, but my daughter is allergic to cats, and the previous owners had cats. So replacing the carpet created an opportunity to also install an under-floor heating system at the same time.

Feb 16, 2013. Here are some very rough ideas of places where area rugs might be worthwhile getting. ( But I’ll want to see the new wood floor in-person, before deciding on rugs).

I also post these pictures of the electrical heater, a forced air system, that was pre-existing in the crawlspace under the log house. It wasn’t working, and even after replacing its furnace motor for the forced air fan, it simply couldn’t keep the house warm enough. Hence my decision to put a new electrically heated floor, everywhere.
