Here’s an interesting article that I didn’t want to lose track of. about Prepping for The End Of The World As We Know It. The introduction is quite humorous, “A Guide for Those with Much Money and Very Little Patience Whom Want to Prepare for Zombie Apocalypse But Are Afraid to Google It For Fear of DHS Labeling Them A Terrorist.”
This reminds me of a personal experience. As a doctor, I’m often asked by co-workers for medical advice. One time I was asked about syphilis, and so I googled it. After that, for days later, just about every other website I visitied was showing me ads that were presuming I was interested in promiscuous dating. So yea, nowadays you have to be careful what you google.
Mountain flying to Fairmont hot springs
This weekend flight from Camrose to Fairmont Hot Springs started in beautiful sunny weather with few clouds.
The Alberta side of the Rocky Mountains near Kananaskis and Canmore was getting a little more cloudy, with ceiling at 11,000 feet.

International planning
One of the emails I receive from financial newsletters, contained information from an article written by N. Gregory McNally regarding international business arrangements for minimizing tax.
Canadian Banks, were-, and still are-, (I predict) at risk.
I’ve been telling everyone who I care about, that there’s nothing different about our Canadian Banks. During and after the great financial crisis of Oct 2008 to Mar 2009, the mainstream media had been telling Canadians that our banks were safe. It turns out, they were lying to us. see this:
