One day, I’m going to need a post in place to document the radios in various places in my life. I know this seems inexplicable at the moment. But as I collect the pictures from these locations, it will eventually come together.
ham radio
First of all, this ham radio, a Kenwood TS-520, is in the hangar. It still needs a good antenna.

aviation radio
My handheld aviation radio is an Icom
Inside my airplane there are 2 of these, Garmin GTN 430W GPS/Nav/Comm units,
which are very excellent aviation radios.
At the Hudson Island log home, are two different sets of walkie talkies. These KenwoodTK-2180’s are handheld radios.
The kenwoods are 5 Watt, lots of channels, Analog VHF and UHF. The manuals are http://manual.kenwood.com/files/53d6ee9a65b83.pdf
And these Motorola CLS 1413’s are also handheld walkie talkie style radios.
These motorolas cls1413 are UHF 1 watt transmit.
