The Mikado Japanese restaurant in South Edmonton Common has a new creation, the Camrose Roll. I have a lot of friends in Camrose, who may be curious to try this. It probably won’t stay on their menu for long, unless it becomes very popular.
It was pleasant, mildly spicy. I don’t know the ingredients. Maybe you can figure it out from the picture.
